Cheryl Bernard is the Director for Adventist Community Services for the Michigan Conference. She also serves as the associate Director for the Children’s Ministry Department. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Southern Adventist University. It was there that she met her husband Mike, and together they have served in Georgia, Indiana, California, and Michigan for almost 25 years.
Cheryl has served children and youth of all ages in schools, Sabbath School, VBS, summer camp, children’s choir, Adventurers, Pathfinders, and various camp meeting departments.
She enjoys music, nature, being creative, and serving the Lord with her four favorite people: Mike and their three sons Aaron, Ben, and Isaac. Cheryl is excited to assist our children’s ministry department in helping our kids know and fall in love with Jesus.
