Association Property & Insurance Management

The Association Property and Insurance Management Department of the Michigan Conference exists to responsibly manage and protect the real estate and physical assets entrusted to the conference. The department oversees property transactions, maintenance oversight, and compliance, while also administering insurance policies that safeguard churches, schools, and other ministry facilities.
