Charlotte Green1 is the Human Resources Director for the Michigan Conference. She began career as a teacher in both the intercity and rural contexts within the public-school settings of Southern Illinois before joining the Michigan Conference at Grand Rapids Adventist Academy. She taught in a multigrade classroom before serving as principal and later an Associate Superintendent in the Education Department at the Michigan Conference.
